"We hired Dennis Dubec of Dominion HomeSpec to provide us with an 11 month inspection on our new home in Mechanicsville. We wanted to ensure we included any possible issues with the home on our "punch list" prior to our one-year warranty expiring with the builder. Dennis was extremely thorough in his detailed inspection of our home. While we were fortunate to not have any major issues, Dennis did discover a number of items that needed addressing that we passed along to the builder for correction.
